Our Renovation Process
Step 1
Free Assessment
When you first reach out to us we will set up a time to come out to your property and see the project. We will take rough measurements, discuss ideas and possible time lines and any other questions you have at this initial time.
We will follow up with sending you a rough quote for your project.
Step 2
Firm Quote & Design
Once you've decided to move forward with us, we will firm up the quote and move forward with design and drawings. We require a 10% deposit on the project in order to guarantee your spot in our schedule.
Step 3
Project Planning
Depending on the size of the project, we may require additional planning. As we approach the start date of your project we will work with you as well as behind the scenes to make all the final plans before starting.
Step 4
Rough Work & Site Prep
We will be sure to be in touch and confirm the start date of your project as it approaches. Our initial days on site involve demolition, site preparation, material delivery and more.
Step 5
Finishing Work
Although we always provide a rough timeline, there can always be delays involved in any project. We will keep communication open the entire time and work endlessly to complete all work by the anticipated completion date.
Step 6
Final Completion
This is our favorite stage as we wrap up your project. Depending on the scope of the project, we may require coming out a few extra days to wrap up everything. No project is complete until every finishing detail is perfected.
